    Cheddar is a great source of calcium for our RDA, helping provide us with strong healthy bones.  The fact that the calcium is so high it helps aid in cavity prevention.  The Vitamin B found in Cheddar can help in cancer prevention.  One should becareful though if you are trying to lose those extra pounds this may not be the right choice for you.  If looking to boost your vitamin intake cheese doesn't offer what the fruits and vegetables will.
